I’ve been going to Kenneth’s Care in Kingwood for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The service is fast, reliable, and priced very reasonably. Every time I show up, they handle what I need without any hassle. I’ve recommended multiple people here, and they all say the same thing great service and trustworthy work. Highly recommend.

Kenneths just conducted collision repair on my wife’s car, and they did an excellent job. Our insurance company caused a delay, but David and his colleagues helped us overcome it with great responsiveness. We have used them before and experienced the same ssucess. incredibly courteous and professional staff. I have recommended them in the past and will conitnue to do so.

Update: they contacted me and we had a great conversation. We now have an understanding about the texting. They also repaired our truck since then and everything is great. ——— We’ve had our vehicles repaired at Kenneth’s for 20 years or more and have always relied on our personal relationships with their employees to get us through the ups and downs of car ownership. They now have converted to a texting system that allows you to schedule your vehicle, keep you informed of its progress and let you know when it’s done. They must be super busy! For some people that might be really convenient. Color me old fashioned, but the main reason we’ve used them is because of the relationships with their customer service people. Anyplace can fix a car. But it takes a connection with their people that fosters our loyalty to their organization. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. I received a text to leave this review, so my truck must be done. So much for speaking with a live person that I know. Apparently I don’t have a choice 🙁

Excellent Customer Service I had a great experience with Kenneth’s Car Care. They are honest and transparent to the max. Their communications were clear and to the point, allowing me to be very much a part of all details. They understood my concerns and need of this vehicle they explained in details what was to be done. Issues that got in the way were resolved. And the attitude and helpfulness of the service advisor, staff and experience of their mechanics are quality. Made an appointment for my F250 for a wheel alignment after having new tires installed. Arrived and was immediately helped. I was told how long to expect and the truck was completed 10 minutes early. I sent my daughter here to get her window motors fixed and they were so honest and told me the motors were good and it was only going to cost just a fraction of what I was expecting that I went ahead with more work on her vehicle to replace the AC while it was more than I was at first planning on spending on things needing fixing on her vehicle it was still less than I expected and they did an amazing job and s always they have always had tpp notch customers service. I usually don’t take the time to post reviews(my 2nd ever), but I really appreciate good customer service and have had a great experience with Kenneth’s Car Care. They’re honest, do quality work, and will do whatever they can to help the customer. Grayson Gerloff is the general manager there, and I had maybe the best customer service experience ever, with him in particular. Kenneth’s Car Care, and their customers are in excellent hands with him at the lead.

I recently had warranty work done on my vehicle and was thoroughly impressed by the team’s professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to standing behind their work. I needed an oil change in my car, so I stopped by with no appointment, and they were able to get me in quickly. When I went to pay, I was shocked to find out that Kenneth’s has the best oil change rate that I have found in Kingwood. Since then, I have had Kenneth’s also do the brakes on another car. I came in thinking I would have to have front and back done, but they have the integrity to have only done the front ones, which really saved us some coin. Right now, they are my go to when it comes to maintenance on my family’s vehicles.

I had my front windscreen replaced and as I was driving, I heard a sound – took it back to the windscreen shop and they said it was not their issue. So, I took it to Kenneth’s Car Care. And of course, the noise was not noticeable. Left and returned when the noise was consistent. Took it back and they found and fixed it. I know and have trusted KCC for our vehicles in the 10yrs we have been living in Kingwood. I will be dropping off our son’s vehicle to ensure it does not have any issues before he takes it back to Texas Tech. Good Price, Strong Trust, friendly folks.

Marvin and Chris were the leads that helped me with my car and I appreciate all of their communication and willingness to explain things to me as I am not car savvy. Drove in for an unscheduled oil change. They took me right in and 30 minutes later I was on my way out.

So happy that I brought my car to Kenneth’s! At first, I was not sure where to get my GLE350 repaired after my wreck…I had heard great things about Kenneth’s so I gave it a try. It was a great choice! They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but the work done was amazing! Every detail, even the small one’s I had were fixed perfectly and it was done quickly. My expectations were totally exceeded. I would recommend anyone to go here. I know it’s where I will go again next time!

Years ago our family used Kenneth’s Car Care for maintenance & repair services for various work on Mazdas, Chevy SUVs, a Ford truck, & others. We were regularly happy with their work. As of 2023, we down to 2 newer vehicles coming off of warranty periods with maintenance previously handled by dealerships, it was a clear choice to go back to Kenneth’s for work including brake jobs & regular maintenance. Their service is always professional, friendly, and done well at a fair price.

Kenneth’s is my go-to car place. They are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and won’t do anything that you aren’t comfortable with. They have helped me with body repair, engine repair, A/C repair, and were even so helpful when my car was totaled in an accident and brought to their yard. I’ve even dropped my car off when they were closed and came back home days later to a completed job.

Kenneth’s Car Care did a fantastic job with my car. They seemed a little pricey, but that’s also coming from someone who has no experience with car repair costs. Overall I was satisfied with the job they did.

Had my Ford F-150 in for regular engine oil change. Great and friendly service as always. They also check if other scheduled services need to be done. They also do a good general inspection and inform you of what they find. With 160,000 miles things are needing repair. Some items I approve and when I refuse they don’t try to change my mind unlike many shops do. When my wife’s van is past the free service warranty it will become a Kenneth’s serviced vehicle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kenneth’s Car Care. Across the board they provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Seriously, thank you everyone at Kenneth’s! I recently had my vehicle in for work and it was all around the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. It was very convenient that: 1. They have an overnight drop box for after hours 2. Their quote system is itemized and sent via text to approve or deny, and they are not pushy about it. 3. I did some personal research into the issue, called in to ask about things, and the parts manager who used to be a mechanic was patient, answered plethora of questions, and in a friendly and educational tone. I learned new things from him and it set my mind at ease with understanding the problem. 4. The front desk folks are always friendly and accommodating. That goes a long way. And who doesn’t love a bulldog mascot? 5. Going above and beyond with customer service. They vacuumed the entire interior and didn’t have to do that. They also provided a complimentary CarFax report which is really handy and pairs well with my own vehicle records. 6. The customer experience team actually cares and reaches out to make sure everything went well.

I’ve been using Kenneth’s Car Care for the past 15+ years. They’ve always been very friendly, upfront, and honest. I once took them an AC job and an old Suburban. I explained all the troubleshooting I had done and felt the compressor needed to be replaced. They evaluated the truck and called me to say they found the much simpler and much less expensive fix and had me running that afternoon. It was at that point I knew how trustworthy they were. They could have easily agreed with me and wrote an expensive job. Earlier this year, we took my daughters Mercedes in for a shifting error, again thinking an expensive transmission repair turned out to be a wheel sensor… back on the road quickly at an affordable price. The most recent visit saved me $1600 from the dealer repair estimate. Our 2021 BMW had a small secondary radiator leak, hoping it might have been covered under warranty we took it to the dealer, they showed some undercarriage damage leading up to the leak and quoted the job at $4500. I called Kenneth’s, and they quoted the same job for $2900. They had us on the road within a day after the parts arrived. I’ll continue using Kenneth’s for all my vehicle repairs. They’ve never given me a reason to second guess them.

I have had two collision repairs done to my wife’s MB GLE350, and the results were excellent. Looked looked like it came from the factory. Workmanship is first class, service is top-notch, & their employees treat you like family. Always kept us in the loop. A 5 star experience.

Very courteous and professional service. They could not find out wheat was wrong with my driver side window that has a delay when trying to roll up. So I may have to go to the dealership for that issue. Other than that, they were great.

The work they performed was excellent. The service advisor, Luke, was professional, and courteous. The estimate of the work to be performed was discussed and accurate. The final cost was exactly as quoted. The car was repaired in a timely manner. When we picked up the car, it had been washed, and the interior was cleaned. We want to thank Luke for bringing our car out of the rain and under covered parking for us to drive home.
