I have nothing but good things to say about Kenneth’s Car Care. Across the board they provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Seriously, thank you everyone at Kenneth’s! I recently had my vehicle in for work and it was all around the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. It was very convenient that: 1. They have an overnight drop box for after hours 2. Their quote system is itemized and sent via text to approve or deny, and they are not pushy about it. 3. I did some personal research into the issue, called in to ask about things, and the parts manager who used to be a mechanic was patient, answered plethora of questions, and in a friendly and educational tone. I learned new things from him and it set my mind at ease with understanding the problem. 4. The front desk folks are always friendly and accommodating. That goes a long way. And who doesn’t love a bulldog mascot? 5. Going above and beyond with customer service. They vacuumed the entire interior and didn’t have to do that. They also provided a complimentary CarFax report which is really handy and pairs well with my own vehicle records. 6. The customer experience team actually cares and reaches out to make sure everything went well.
