I just have to say thanks. My story is unusual. My wife and I are both retired, she an ER nurse, and I a pastor and Police Chaplain. We live here with our daughter and get by on Social Security. We bought a new 2012 Ram 1500 before we retired thinking it would be the last vehicle we would need. Last year the sunroof started leaking water and so we had to cover the cab with a tarp and subsequently could not even go to the grocery store. We took the truck to another shop here in Kingwood and the repair cost $800. A year later it was leaking again. Our budget just wouldn't support that expense. I had about exhausted any ideas about how to stop the leak permanently, including sealing the sunroof permanently. Finally I called Kenneth's and asked to speak to someone about the problem. I was connected to a lady (I'm sure she must have angel wings) and she suggested flex seal tape. She told me if I couldn't handle applying it to bring the truck to them and they would help. I was almost speechless. $20 worth of flex seal tape and my grand son in law helping later we got it done. After the hard rains last night the inside was completely dry. I'm thinking almost a miracle! So...would I recommend Kenneth's? Absolutely. The beautiful lady who gave me some free advice did so and earned our gratitude. Surely a business who employs such an angel deserves our business. Thank you Kenneth's...and to our "special angel" a big thank you. Sorry for the long story.
Mr. and Mrs. Campbell we love long stories so keep them coming! Obviously we like to repair things like this but we are also human enough to understand budgets! Sometimes we are not the cheapest but if a customer is upfront with their budget we sometimes just give prudent advice instead of repairing it. Thanks so much for lifting our angel up and we will continue to do the right thing for our customers!
