To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! My situation I had my low oil pressure light come on at 99 and 45..I live in Kingwood and work in the Woodlands. I made it to work and called Kenneth’s because they were the last to service my truck...just an oil change. Sean advised me not to drive my 2021 F150...he had it towed to Kingwood, no charge to me...turned out an animal caused my issue...they cleaned it up under the hood...washed my truck...and I picked it up on the way home. That's the best customer service I've ever received. I will continue to go there for any of my F150 needs. Please don't hesitate to get your vehicle serviced here.

The team at Kenneth’s always are fair and honest, pinpoint the problems and give a detailed plan of fixing them. You would be hard pressed to find any other auto mechanic & body shop that’s half as good as these folks.

From dropping off to pick up the service was great. My car was ready earlier than expected and it was a very pleasant experience. Jared was outstanding and stayed late to finish before the weekend as well as Grayson making sure everything went well.

Daniel stone one of the best techs probably in the state of Texas , has my complete and utmost respect. I m almost 70 now and worked with/ next to him for 12 years, 13 years ago. He diagnosed my sis in law’s Hyundai after the Hyundai dealer quoted her 900$ to put o2 sensors in a week after she got it back from them putting a new engine in it under warranty. ! I was skeptical so took it to Kenneth’s. I knew if any one could figure out if that was what was really needed, it was Daniel! And he did! All vehicle needed was adaptive memory reset on the computer for the engine. The dealer obviously didn’t do that after the engine replacement! So now car runs great an no check Eng light now ! Saved my sis in law 900$ worth of sensors not needed. Guys , trust Kennith’s. They do exelent work , I always will👍
