The work they performed was excellent. The service advisor, Luke, was professional, and courteous. The estimate of the work to be performed was discussed and accurate. The final cost was exactly as quoted. The car was repaired in a timely manner. When we picked up the car, it had been washed, and the interior was cleaned. We want to thank Luke for bringing our car out of the rain and under covered parking for us to drive home.

The body repair was perfect. There was one remaining quirky mechanical problem with sensors. Even the dealer could not resolve it. Steve, the manager of the collision department, continued to address the problem until he figured it out and corrected it. This kind of service after the sale is rare in our current environment.
