Our truck was hit parked on the street, the night before we were to go on a cruise. We left it at the yard on Saturday. They got started with insurance on Monday. They kept us informed thru the whole process, I did'nt have to call them, they called we about twice a week. If I had a question they either answered right then or called back shortly. We had a problem with one part on order but they worked it out. Great people !!!!!!!
