The service manager, Lance was very attentive to my needs for a 2000 BMW M roadster. He went into great detail about what needed to be serviced on the car. I was given an honest quote for the services, which I feel were substantially less than I would have paid at a BMW dealership. Since the parts needed to fix the issues with the car I was told it would be about a week until I could pick it up. Lance offered me a ride home in their courtesy vehicle, but it was a really beautiful day and I decided to walk the approximate mile home. Kenneth's Car Care has repaired all of my vehicles for the last five years and I have been satisfied with all work performed on them.

I would give ten stars, if I could.

I recently damaged the underbody of my vehicle after hitting a deep pothole. The hit resulted in an immediate need for the car to be repaired to safely drive it. The nearest shop was Kenneth's Complete Car Care Center. Luckily for me, it was that of Kenneth's shop. Service Advisor Lance waited on me and promptly surveyed the damage, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. Shortly after, the problem was solved and I was a satisfied new customer. I will definitely be returning to the shop for future car care and services.

I have been a customer of Kenneths for about 30 years. They have been and continue to be an excellent repair facility.

These guys are first class. Went the extra mile found some things the car needed I didn't ask for then gave me zero sales pitch and no pressure. It was the girlfriends car so they shuttled her back and forth and she went on and on about the driver, give that guy a raise. Thank you guys we will be back.
