The service manager, Lance was very attentive to my needs for a 2000 BMW M roadster. He went into great detail about what needed to be serviced on the car. I was given an honest quote for the services, which I feel were substantially less than I would have paid at a BMW dealership. Since the parts needed to fix the issues with the car I was told it would be about a week until I could pick it up. Lance offered me a ride home in their courtesy vehicle, but it was a really beautiful day and I decided to walk the approximate mile home. Kenneth's Car Care has repaired all of my vehicles for the last five years and I have been satisfied with all work performed on them.
