Was told they would look at my car the day of, which is why I chose them, then they made me wait until the next day. Then they said there was nothing they could do and since that they wouldn’t be charging me, thought it was strange but said okay. Then get a phone call requesting the money for the payment for the test that they had told me the day before they wouldn’t charge me for. Really didn’t appreciate the back and forth or the fact that I chose them even though they were more expensive to run tests, but I needed my car looked at ASAP, and then they made me wait after saying they’d look at it the day of! Ryan, when I saw your post I could not believe our team would treat anyone like this! We do our best to manage expectations and if something does happen we inform the customers right away. By all means we are not perfect and things don’t always go the way we want them to but we are good people that always do the right thing. Again, when I saw your post I went straight to my leaders on our service side as well as our collision side as your post made me concerned. Neither manager could find your name in our system so I am thinking you might be reviewing the wrong automotive shop. With that said, I don’t want to assume anything.
