Called for a quote, they wouldn't even give me a quote. The guy on the phone said they wouldn't even touch it because they had to take it apart again. Which is typical for the job. You have to take it apart to fix it. But they didn't even want my money!!! Piss poor customer service
Who Mask, I spoke to Grayson about this. He mentioned you had called saying you had an engine that you were trying to install but was halfway assembled and needed us to finish the job. Although we would love to help, Grayson let you know that we would have to tow it in and look at before giving an accurate estimate. He was hesitate to give you an estimate over the phone and it sounds like you became frustrated with him. The reason he could not give an estimate over the phone is It would be very difficult to “guess” how many hours our tech would need to complete it without seeing it. We like to be fair with our customers and not overcharge and being able to see it would allow us to give you a more accurate estimate. We are sorry you were not satisfied with our approach to an accurate estimate and possible repair as we know our technicians could have definitely helped get your truck back on the road.
