Update: Excellent customer service! One thing I did not mention in my initial review is that my family and I have been customers, if I remember correctly, since 1999/2000, LONG time! After I posted the review below, I received a call from Grayson. This is the message he left… “I wanted to follow up because I saw the notification come through on your review and I looked into it a little bit and you're 100% right we have different oil change packages that start and on those packages they're supposed to be discounted to certain price ranges even though our oil is more more expensive we try to bring that cost down and for some reason your oil change package was not discounted like it should've been so you are 100% right it should not have been the cost of what it was so I wanted to make things right and thank you for bringing it up because I need to look into wire system is not putting our package prices on there but I also wanna make sure I give you a refund for the difference.” I was able to talk with him yesterday, 5/28, to follow up. We discussed the refund amount. We hung up and then I received a text from him. “Leslie, I went ahead and refunded the full amount as an apology. Let me know if there is anything else I can do! I am so appreciative of following up, explaining the situation, importance of their customers, communication, and making things right between customer and company. Thank you! Good customer service overall. Price of services have greatly increased. I used to pay $75/$80 for an oil change before ownership changed. I paid $130 for an oil change on a Toyota Camry. They also provided a list of recommended services to be done. The charge for each recommended service was in my opinion way overpriced!
